Leon Hiatt

Bringing his extensive experience in the banking industry to the discussion is Leon Hiatt. Leon is currently Executive Officer / Chief Administrative Officer for Four Oaks Bank and is responsible for Loan Operations, Deposit Operations, Information Technology, Electronic Banking and Collections. During his more than 13 years with Four Oaks Bank, Leon has moved through a number of positions, at various times overseeing bank security, compliance, and financial services operations.

Prior to joining Four Oaks, Leon spent several years working for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). During the more than 4 years Leon worked for the FDIC, he traveled through out Eastern North Carolina and parts of South Carolina, Virginia and Florida, examining banks for safety, soundness and compliance with FDIC and State regulations.

Leon received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University, graduating with concentrations in banking and real estate.
