George Holland,CISA, CIA—Camblin & Associates, CPA

George is both a Principal and Partner in a local CPA and Consulting firm respectively, having more than 20 years of extensive business risk management, IT audit, advisory, and financial compliance experience. George is a board member and advisor for both corporate clients and global audit professional organizations. Additionally, he has managed significant business operational and IT control evaluations for diverse clients in multiple industries.

In addition, George has lead teams that have developed and tested a variety of online and e-commerce services, including Internet security, certification encryption and information security compliance reviews. He has also conducted due diligence reviews, security reviews and IT fraud investigations for many global clients.

Prior to becoming Principal and Partner, George was the IT Assurance Managing Director for one of the big 4 accounting firms and most recently with large regional CPA and Consulting firm providing his expertise throughout the Southeast.

George also previously worked in industry, serving as an Audit manager for Alcoa, where he was responsible for global IT risk assessment of all worldwide business units and IT operations, and as head of the IT audit section of the internal audit department for Continental Airlines. He began his career with Pulte Homes – First Heights Bank Division, serving as a senior auditor of the development and operation of the bank’s computer systems, with an emphasis on technical and outsourced data processing systems.

A Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor, George holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Recognized for his information systems and internal audit expertise, George has spoken at a number of conferences, conducted television interviews and written newspaper articles on a variety of related topics. He is also a current officer and former vice-president of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and committee chairperson for the Institute of Internal Auditors IIIA).
