Full and Part-time 401(k)
Retirement Plan
Employees may contribute between one and fifty
percent of total compensation on a pretax basis to the Alphanumeric
401(k) plan. The plan offers a multi-fund platform with over twelve
investment options. Alphanumeric also provides a competitive
match after six months of service.
Dental Coverage
Members can choose dental care from any provider.
Preventative Care is covered at 100% of Prevailing Charges with
no deductible. Routine examinations are covered once every six months.
Basic Care is covered at 80% and Major Care is covered at 50% after
the annual deductible has been met.
Employee Assistance
Program
The Company provides LifeWorks, an Employee
Assistance Program (EAP), to all employees. LifeWorks offers professional
and confidential counseling and services in personal and relationship
issues, everyday living, legal and financial issues, schooling &
education, work issues, parenting and child care, elder care and
addiction disorders.
Education and Training
Alphanumeric Systems is committed to our employees'
training and certifications. Therefore, we offer comprehensive technical
training and educational reimbursement programs. Alphanumeric will
pay for the cost of approved technical, support, and sales training
related to its lines of business. We offer reimbursement programs
to employees for continuing educational pursuits.
Flexible Time Off
(FTO)
Alphanumeric provides employees with paid time
off (Flexible Time Off, FTO). FTO may be used for personal time
off, vacation and illness. The FTO accrual schedule increases with
each year of employment.
Flexible Spending
Plans
The Dependent Care Account allows qualified individuals to use pre-tax
dollars (up to $5,000) to pay for the dependent care expenses of
children, handicapped dependents and senior adults.
The Medical/Dental/Vision Care Flexible Spending Account allows
employees to use pre-tax dollars (up to $5,000) to pay for medical,
dental and
vision care expenses otherwise not covered by our insurance plans.
Alphanumeric offers a Premium Only Plan (P.O.P) which allows you
to pay the portion of group medical and/or dental
plans on a pre-tax (tax deferred) basis.
Holidays
Alphanumeric observes six holidays per year:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Day.
Life and AD&D Insurance
Alphanumeric provides a $50,000 basic life insurance
policy. The company also automatically provides life insurance for
qualifying dependents. Additional Supplemental Life Insurance may
be purchased by employees.
Medical Coverage
Alphanumeric offers a competitive plan design.
Our PPO (Preferred Provider Organization), which provides the flexibility
to choose
from
both Preferred and Non-Preferred
Providers.
Short-Term Disability
Voluntary short-term disability insurance provides
financial protection by paying a portion of your income while you
are disabled. Short-term disability benefit replaces up to 60% of
total income for up to 90 days if an employee is disabled and unable
to work.
Long-Term Disability
Long-term disability provides continuing income
for long-term disabilities. After 90 days of a qualified disability,
this coverage pays a monthly income up to 66 2/3% of total earnings.
An additional Supplemental Disability policy may be purchased by
employees.
