Alphanumeric to Host US Military Veterans at Carolina Mudcats Baseball Game, July 18

Event On: July 18, 2018

Alphanumeric has partnered with the Veterans Treatment Court of Harnett County and the Carolina Mudcats to provide a night of baseball and outreach for over 20 US Military Veterans on July 18 at 7 p.m. In addition to watching the Mudcats take on the Winston-Salem Dash, the Veterans will have the opportunity to hear a talk from Rob Campbell, a retired Army Colonel and founder of Investing in People Consulting and Coaching LLC.

With insights gained from almost three decades of “combat-tested leadership,” Campbell shares tools for cultivating engagement, leadership, and professional achievement. “My life’s core purpose is to make a difference in the lives of others through optimistic leadership,” he says.

Michael Worley, Alphanumeric’s Senior Director of Global Workforce Solutions, and an Army veteran himself, took a leading role in organizing the event. “Alphanumeric wants to honor these men and women and thank them for their sacrifices and struggles,” Worley says. “Sponsoring these events and joining forces with the Veterans Treatment Court of Harnett County are our ways of showing our gratitude. My hope for the veterans who attend is for them to relax, eat, and have fun!”
